Holiday Garden Resort

"We went to Turkey for the first time and had a great time in Holiday Garden. Staff is polite and friendly, quite helpful if you need something. Our room was cleaned regularly,air conditioning worked well as long as we needed it,so it's quite comfortable. Food was delicious, a great variety of dishes. The only thing is,probably, fruits are all the same,not a big variety,but everything else was brilliant. We weren't hungry at all. Some people say about lines there, I must admit, there are lines,but they are not as terrible. If you go in summer,it's a vacation season,consequently there are many people,but staff is doing their best and solve everything quite fast,so I wouldn't say that lines were the problem for us (especially for a 3-year-old kid). Our child enjoyed the holiday there very much. The area was cleaned regularly as well. You easily can come to an understanding with people using either English or Russian ( Russian they usually know better). So,we are quite happy with our choice this summer!"

"Hello, I have visited with my family this hotel in September 2023 (from 4 to 11 September) and this was my second visit in Turkey. There are a lot of things to be said about the hotel and will try to summarize them all. First of all, we have traveled with https://www.tez-tour.ro agency. The reservation process, flow of information and communication with the agency was flowless. We did not have to worry about anything regarding dates, documentation or other questions. Regarding the hotel there are a lot of things to say and not so many being good. PRO: The water was super great. CONS: -the beach umbrellas were just for show..no actual shadow -amenities stated in the presentation were partially missing or working one hour per day. Baby pool was not working, The A-La-Carte Restaurant was closed because "they had issue", The ice cream was working from 14.30 to 15.30 (when everybody was sleeping), the intermediate pool with slides was working from 10 to 12 ...again with no place to hide from the sun. -on 3rd floor the cleaning lady came only once to clean the room, and that is when we found her near our room. otherwise, nobody came to change towels, to provide with shampoo or anything else....not pleasant. The most irritating thing was that 90% of the staff did not speak english..but they did speak a lot of russian. So most of the time we had to play sharades with them. The food was not great but also not terrible. during 7 days i had a lot of opportunities to eat the same dish every time :) This hotel is not even close to a 5* hotel as being described. This should be a 3*+ hotel."

"I liked it really much. I made new friends and I liked animators very much too! Everyone was kind and helping. The service was good and I enjoyed my vacation so so much! I really liked animator Erkingul. She is very funny and kind. Thank you for this wonderful experience ❤️"

"We have stay in this hotel for 7 days. Rooms were ok clean,but unfortunatly the stuff here are so bad they dont speak english, they are not polite with guests maybe they are not payed well so they dont work . At the end no worth for a hotel with 5* and the price you are paying. Not the hotel the staff."

"We had a great fun staying at rhe Holdayn Grand Resort Hotel. The staff was friendly and smiling. Most of them had bearly no time to say hi, but the service was trully amazing. The food was good. Every serving there was something mouth watering. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kids have plenty of food to choose from and many activities. The beach was clean and under bay-watch supervision.
